Tell her to send some pictures of gluten-free delights…I haven’t been able to eat something that yummy for 5 years *sob*
You could easily make at least the tart with a nice gluten free crust. Bette Hagman has great gluten free recipes. I found that using her basic flour (2 parts rice flour, 2/3 part potato starch and 1/3 part tapioca flour) I could substitute for regular flour in brownies, pie crusts, pretty much everything but yeast bread. For yeast bread, look for her Gluten free gourmet bread book.
If you want my brownie recipe that works perfectly with this flour, let me know.
That would be lovely…we don’t do Brownies in Australia much but I loved them when I visited America
