It was hubby’s birthday this past weekend, so we packed up our mukluks and about 50 pounds of gear each and headed off to Vermont for a ski weekend. Good news – we arrived before the blizzard hit and were promptly snowed in for 3 days of awesome ski conditions. Bad news – Flat Copley was supposed to join us but missed his connecting flight* and sadly could only join us virtually. Too bad, he would have really enjoyed the apres ski. He’s a big fan of local micro-brews like the Otter Creek brewery in Vermont. He’s a man of many tastes!
